Free… living your life free within consciousness, is how I had struggled with my mental health throughout my life, then made a radical decision to leave everything I knew and loved behind. I found myself stranded physically, mentally, emotionally, literally, and this is the story of how I came out the other side.

Part memoir, part spiritual pocket guide, this book details the socially unpopular – yet spiritually necessary – choices I made to free myself from a lifetime of constraint. Readers will come to understand that there aren’t good or bad choices to make once you set out on a spiritual quest. Our decisions are ripples. Once you are called, you have a choice: To follow an unknown path, or to return to all you know… but to what?
Everything I had known and owned was gone, sold, given away, I felt I had no other choice. I must trust the path. I must see what is on the other side of the unknown.
